We offer 100% satisfaction on all hair services within 1 week of the performed service. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with the service you received, we will be happy to correct it for you. Color corrections may require more than one service to achieve desired results.
In the event you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancelation fee.
